HiSite.ai Property: All content, features, and functionality on the platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, software, and the compilation thereof, are the exclusive property of HiSite.ai or its licensors and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Your Content: You retain all ownership rights to the content you create, upload, or publish using our Services ("User Content"). By using our Services, you grant HiSite.ai a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving our Services.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, HiSite.ai and its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Services
• Any content obtained from the Services
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
• Any errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies in the Services
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Services

In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services exceed the amount you paid to HiSite.ai, if any, during the twelve (12) month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability, or one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100.00), whichever is greater.

AS IS Basis: The Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.

No Guarantee: HiSite.ai does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free; that defects will be corrected; that the Services are free of viruses or other harmful components; or that the results of using the Services will meet your requirements.

AI-Generated Content: You acknowledge that our platform utilizes artificial intelligence to generate content, designs, and recommendations. While we strive for accuracy and quality, we do not guarantee that AI-generated outputs will be error-free, accurate, complete, or suitable for your specific purposes. You are solely responsible for reviewing and validating any AI-generated content before publication or use.

Third-Party Links: The Services may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by HiSite.ai. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services shall first be addressed through good faith negotiation. If such dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within sixty (60) days, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delaware to resolve any legal matter arising from these Terms.

You agree that any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose, or it is forever barred.
